Simply add about one or two level tablespoons Flossine to every 5kgs of regular granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly and it's ready to use. Flossine has always been a favourite of professional Fairy Floss operators.
Packed in 500 gram tubs and is enough flavour to make around 5,000 sticks when mixed correctly.
