 A little bit of info about Bulk deliveries

Generally this item is a bulky item.  Bulky items are sent on bulk pallet trucks.  Bulk pallet trucks like TNT or Northline etc. do DO NOT DO FREE REDELIVERIES.  Unlike little parcel vans that run around the suburbs twice a day pallet trucks do not do that.  So when you checkout if you select a residential house to deliver it to then make sure you mostly work from home or have someone there.  The best options to make sure you get your goods on time is to send to a workplace or business that you or a friend or partner works at that is always open.  If you choose to do that then you MUST add building name and address as the delivery address on ebay to guarantee that address.  Like always we upload tracking number and courier.  Some couriers will call but some will not.

WARRANTY

1. This item comes with a 1 year Manufacturer’s warranty from the date of customer purchase. Special circumstances will be  clearly listed in this listing. 2. The warranty applies only to the original product and purchaser and does not extend to replacements.

3. Please do check everything carefully after you receive it, any damage accept DOA (Dead on arrival) would not be covered if its your fault.  Any item with glass must be checked and advised of breakages while courier is at your door so they take  away.  All other items you have 7 days as it needs to be claimed with freight insurance.

4. If your item has broken in the warranty period please email us pictures of video to show the problem.

5. Warranty is for parts replacement only.

6. All accessories, wearing parts or free gifts are not covered by any warranty.
