Freight is included in the cost of this item. However enquire before purchasing about an express post option if needed.
We will send via a normal courier to a street address or business address. This can take 3 to 7 days to East Coast metro areas and up to double that to country and SA and WA. We cannot send to any Australia post related services such as PO/LPO/GPO boxes, parcel lockers or directly to an Australia Post Office.
Warranty
All returns must include all original items and original packaging. Make contact with us first to get a WARRANTY RETURN NUMBER. Warranty does not include operator error. or any free items. In our experience most electrical issues are by the user making a mistake so be careful. To run the machine you need to be connected into a wall or direct power supply. Do not run into power boards. The machines need 6 amps to run. It will work with 4 amps but it will burn out causing all warranties to be void. Do not run from generators unless you are exclusively getting your 6 amp. If you want warranty then do not pull the machine apart. This terminates all warranty. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to Brisbane. When we fix we will pay for costs back to you. If we find that the fault is due to the above then we are not responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
