This stainless steel wire gauze mesh suits many of the high-output fairy floss machines from ONLI and JJAYS.
It is the fine gauze section that sits inside the spinning head, where the fairy floss is pushed out during operation.

WHEN SHOULD THE GAUZE BE REPLACED?
The spinning head should be thoroughly cleaned after each working day.
Over time, sugar residue can build up and clog the very fine holes in the gauze. If the head has not been cleaned regularly, the gauze may become too heavily blocked to clean effectively and may need replacing.
Replacement may also be required if:
The gauze has become heavily clogged with hardened sugar.
The machine has been operated with the heat on but without sugar, causing the gauze to burn or turn black.
The gauze has been left uncleaned after multiple events or extended use.
Normal soaking and cleaning no longer clears the fine openings.
In some cases, a clogged gauze can be successfully cleaned by soaking and washing it thoroughly in water. However, once the fine openings become heavily blocked or burnt, replacement may be the better option.
